Here is what you need for this easy frittata:
- 6 eggs
- 2 Cups 100% Egg Whites
- 1 Cup Cottage cheese 2 Cups Turkey Sausage sausage
Use Emerson Blender to mix liquid ingredients for best results.
- 2 Cup Potatoes O'Brian
- 1 TSP Montreal Chicken or Steak Seasoning
- 1 TSP Garlic Powder
- 1 Cup Chopped Spinach (Optional)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 Cup Shredded Cheese (Optional)
- Cooking oil or butter for the Oven safe Pan.
Instructions
Start by cooking the Turkey sausage in a skillet until browned and fully cooked. If needed, drain any excess grease. Add the vegetables and cook until slightly softened and fragrant.
In a large bowl, use the emersion blender to mix the eggs with your cottage cheese and seasonings until well combined. Stir in cheese if you are using it.
Transfer the sausage and vegetable mixture into a prepared baking dish or oven-safe pan. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the top. Bake until the eggs are set and the top is lightly golden. 425 degree preheated oven for 30 min. Remove from Oven and top with your favorite cheese.
Let the frittata rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm for breakfast or brunch, or cool and store slices for easy meal prep during the week.

Easy Breakfast Frittata
Ingredients:
