1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper

1 cup cooked quinoa
1 cup chickpeas
1 cucumber diced
1 cup cherry tomatoes
½ cup diced red onion
½ cup shredded carrots
½ cup diced bell peppers

1 tsp garlic
